"Sacred Moments"

The Transfiguration of our Lord is recorded in Matthew, Mark, and Luke. This event takes place six days after Jesus and the disciples were in Caesarea Philippi where Peter declared that Jesus “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” On the mountaintop, the veil was lifted and Peter, James, and John saw Jesus as He really is. We also see that Jesus touched them, bringing them calmness and blessing.
